| Freedom Home Medical substantiates a history of quality service through an independent consumer-driven survey process and has now earned Certification as a Senior Approved Service. This is a distinction that clearly separates Freedom Home Medical from other power mobility services and companies. Only those that achieve a 90% (or higher) customer satisfaction rating receive Certification.
Freedom Home Medical is located in Orem Utah and serves all of the United States. Both traditional wheelchairs and power mobility chairs are available. Freedom Home Medical works closely with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO/PPO's and all major private insurance companies and will do all the necessary paperwork for the individual.
A trained staff member will come to the home to assist the individual in making the right choice for his or her personal needs with a free in-home demonstration. Delivery of the chair also includes an in-home visit to assure the individual understands how to properly use the wheelchair within his or her surroundings.
Committed to the full circle of quality service, Freedom also handles the ongoing service of their products. If ever needed, certified and trained technicians will come to the home to perform servicing and repairs for the equipment.
